Setup Your First AI Agent from Dashboard

Create a new AI Agent with a global prompt that defines its behavior. You can create an agent directly from the Dashboard.
  1. Navigate to AI Agents in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Create Agent.
  3. Add a name and (optionally) a description.
  4. Configure the global prompt — this defines how your agent behaves.
Example Prompt: 
You are a friendly AI support assistant. Greet the caller politely, answer their questions, 
and keep responses concise and natural.
  1. Save and Publish the agent.
At this point, your agent is ready to be connected to a phone number.
